For me, pay doesnt matter at all. I want good workmates, good opportunities to develop as a person, I dont want ot be stuck with the same things forever, if youre good enough on what your doing your paycheck will probably show that after a while anyway.

Thinking of it, my dad has been a bit of an anti-model for me, he was working as an engineer at a large swedish company for well over 30 years, he didnt get much of a raise, didnt get any good position and was always complaining about his work. It has kind of pushed me into not doing the same mistake because I think that would be throwing my life away, its important to keep in mind that its just a work and if you are not totally comfortable with it, have the guts to quit and get a new job even if the pay is less.

the job satisfaction. I don't care about the money I earn. Would prefer a place where I feel comfortable and lower earnings than a big heap of money and go to work with a bad feeling.
